Simple Troubleshooting Tips
If connected to a Wireless Router

Check that your router is powered on, the Power LED is on and not blinking

Power down router and PC, disconnect power supply from electrical outlet,
disconnect cables

Power on each device in the following order

Connect power supply to electrical plug

Connect cables
-
Power on Router
-
Power on PC
If directly connected to PC
-
Check that Power Supply is properly connected to electric outlet
-
Disconnect Power Supply from electrical outlet, disconnect cables, power off PC
-
Connect power supply to electrical outlet, connect cables, power on PC
