Simple Troubleshooting Tips
If connected to a Wireless Router
- Check that your router is powered on, the Power LED is on and not blinking

Power down router and PC, disconnect power supply from electrical outlet,
disconnect cables - Power on each device in the following order
- Connect power supply to electrical plug
- Connect cables
- Power on Router
- Power on PC
- Check that Power Supply is properly connected to electric outlet
- Disconnect Power Supply from electrical outlet, disconnect cables, power off PC
- Connect power supply to electrical outlet, connect cables, power on PC
